Jeffrey Montoya is the Principal Reiki Master/Teacher of the Milwaukee Reiki Center. He is also the founder of the Milwaukee Reiki Association. Jeff has certificates of completion for First, Second and Master level USUI system of natural healing (Reiki) and has studied at the Free Spirit School of Integrated Energy Healing.
In 2010 Jeff earned a diploma in Therapeutic Massage from Madison Area Technical College. He has returned to Madison College in 2011 as a guest instructor in the Massage Therapy program's specialized techniques course. He is a Nationally Certified and Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist. In addition, Jeff has studied CranioSacral therapy, reflexology, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy and acupressure.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from St. Norbert College, DePere, WI. He completed a Master of Arts Degree in Religious Studies in December 2007. In 2009, Jeff was awarded a Master of Divinity Degree from the Anglican Divinity School. He is a Certified Spiritual Guide. Jeff has several years of ministry experience in both Catholic and Protestant institutions working with children, youth and adults. He is an ordained priest in the Universal Anglican Church.
An important part of Jeff's life is service to others. Jeff is a past member of the Board of Directors of Hope House of Milwaukee (a transitional living facility for homeless men, women and families). He is a frequent volunteer at Core/El Centro a natural healing center in Milwaukee.
